The production tool behind Cinefilosos, from episode to pieces.
The question
Producing Cinefilosos brings together editing, transcription, planning and preparation of pieces for different formats.
A key decision
Production retains traceability to the episode and editorial review points. In Publication, preparing a preview, saving a draft and scheduling are separate actions; changing the text requires a new review.
My role
I define the workflow and editorial criteria, coordinate development with agents and review the pieces.
A workflow with inspectable controls
The Publication documentation and interface test expose a concrete design decision: separating review of a piece from submission.

Excerpts inspected October 20, 2026. The test uses AppTest and simulated clients: it shows what the code checks, not a successful social-media publication. The documentation records interface verification without new remote submissions. No private episodes, credentials or operational data are included.
Evidence status
- Checked / documented
- The Publication guide and test code document preview without submission, separate draft and scheduling actions, and renewed confirmation after text changes. Test writes use simulated clients; they do not prove remote publication.
- Observed in use
- A production tool for Cinefilosos. Project context records earlier technical drafts in Buffer; verification of the new interface did not make new submissions. No time-saving measurement is available here.
- Pending
- Check a final piece through the full publishing workflow with authorized destinations and mode. Quantify time savings only after measuring the process.
